Set of six Salts with matching spoons. London 1852 by E J Ball

Herewith some Victorian Cauldron Salts and spoons.

Set of six Gadroon edge Cauldron Salts on three pad feet, with six Old English pattern Salt spoons. All made to go together in 1852. The salts by E.J Ball, the spoons by S. Hayne & D. Cater. They are all engraved with Bird isplayed on two Woolsacks crest and motto “Plus Ultra”. The bowls are 8 cm wide, they weigh together 782 grams ( 25.1 troy ounces)
