Inkstand London 1865 by Robert Garrard

A shaped rectangular inkstand on four scroll feet. The strapwork engraved base with two pen troughs supports two shaped square inkpots and the central wafterbox is surmounted by a baluster form taperstick. Engraved with a monogram, it is marked under the base, on each pot, the covers, taperstick and waxpan. It measures 15" (38cm) long.
