A circular pierced dish /potato ring (with cobalt  blue glass liner) made in Birmingham 1908 by Williams Ltd. Engraved in a cartouche with a lion rampant crest and measuring 18.2cm and 20cm across top and bottom rim and standing 10.2cm high.
