A George III Sugar Basin, made in London in 1804 by John Emes; being circular in form with a molded and engraved foot and waist surmounted by an everted rim.  Two applied molded handles with acanthus molded upper terminals. Crested of a dove and motto Candide et Secure for Graham. Measuring approx. 8" (20cm) over handles.
