A pair of George III Swing Handled Sugar Baskets, made in London in 1796 by Stephen Adams; oval in form with arched, molded swing handles.  The bodies molded in a broad, fluted shape with pedestal stems and oval, molded feet. Blue liners and crested with a Griffin.  In two sizes: one measures aprox. 6.25" (16cm) long and the other 5.2" (13cm) long.
