Harlequin Sugar Nippers London 1827 by Edward Farrell

Edward Farrell's mark is usually associated with heavy tea sets inspired by Dutch peasant scenes as painted by Teniers. These George IV harlequin nippers with snake handles show his maker's mark on the inside of the grips.
