Francis Parsons worked in partnership with several silversmiths, as well as on his, but his partnership with Stephen Crees was during the period 22nd December 1797 and 5th September 1799 during which time they submitted 168 pairs of sugar tongs for assay, of which this is one. With decorative bright cut engraving to the arms and wriggle work to the grips, they measure 5.3" (13.7cm) long.
